City police on Monday night arrested a second suspect in the fatal shooting of a Muncie man. Cody Allen Buck, 20, is preliminarily charged with felony murder and conspiracy to commit robbery resulting in death. Police Chief Steve Stewart said Buck is believed to have driven three accomplices to the West Canterbury Drive apartment of Rafael Angel Rodriguez about 1:30 a.m. Sunday. When May persuaded the occupants of Rodriguez’s apartment to open the door, the two other conspirators — who remained at large late Monday — entered the apartment firing handguns, according to affidavits.
