A 17-year-old teenager placed on home detention is going to prison for two years for violating terms and taking off his electronic device. 17-year-old Breon Davenport had been convicted of being part of a robbery. He got violent at the intake center and damaged property, the judge said, and didn’t deserve a third chance.
