Man’s blood alcohol was .35 percent in Winchester crash, records show

A Randolph County man with a record of previous drunk driving arrests has struck a deal with prosecutors over another crash he is charged with where he hit a home in February last year. Court records show Ralph Mills blood alcohol was more than four times the legal limit to drive, .35 percent. The home he hit was severely damaged and the couple inside was injured by the SUV. The judge is considering the plea and Mills will be in court on April 6th.
