A teenager allegedly throws a skateboard at a 31-year-old Muncie man and breaks his jaw. It happened late last week in the Muncie Central High School parking lot. The victim told police he was walking past a group of teenagers, when one of them allegedly called him a name. The situation quickly escalated. It ended when three of the teens were arrested.
