A Muncie man was sentenced today for conspiring to have someone killed while he was incarcerated in the Delaware County jail. Brian Blevins was found guilty of recruiting a fellow inmate to be bonded out of jail by Blevins dad to kill Blevins’ alleged victim in another case. That inmate notified police. In his original case, he will go on trial May 16th for burglary.
