Lawmakers to tap into $2B savings for roads, development, scholarships

More money is coming for Indiana roads, teacher scholarships and economic development through a new deal made by GOP lawmakers and Governor Mike Pence. The plan calls for the state to dip into it’s $2 billion dollar reserve and earmarks $1 million dollars to maintain state and local bridges and highways.
