Police arrested a woman for the second time for neglect-of-a-dependent after her five-year-old grandson left her home while she was drunk. The woman, 45-year-old Denise Seats, was arrested Saturday night when officers returned the boy to the home. Her blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit to drive, .168 percent. She remains in jail with a $5,000 bail and set for trial June 16th for the first charge filed against her in January.
