INDOT has awarded a million and a half dollar road construction contact to Brooks Construction of Fort Wayne to redo Neely Avenue between Ball State and Minnetrista campus. The plan calls for full-depth pavement replacement, bike lanes, a landscaped median, sidewalks, curbs, gutters and storm drains.
