New business coming to Muncie. After 50 years in Henry County, Jack’s Donuts is opening a location on Memorial Day weekend along West White River Blvd. The new location is a franchise. The original opened in New Castle in 1961. The family-owned store has franchises in Fishers and Greenfield and is looking for at least one downtown Indy location.
