Delaware County moving forward to having its own gun range

Delaware Sheriff Ray Dudley says county commissioners approved a plan to turn county land into a police shooting range and training center. The property is on East Jackson Street. The Sheriff told the Star Press that a building could be erected for as little as $10,000 because several of the reserves are contractors and that labor and materials would be provided at little or no cost.
