A downtown building that city leaders were seeking bids to redevelop failed to generate bids and now the future is uncertain for the $4 million dollar project. The building near Main and Walnut was ideal for first floor retail and upper floor high-end residential living space. Included is a city-owned parking lot. Officials told the Star Press they are optimistic that come partnerships can be established.
