Attorneys representing the city of Anderson and a youth who died in the back seat of a police car have asked for the continuance of a jury trial in federal court. The lawsuit was filed by estate representatives for Jace Zook, a 17-year-old who reportedly strangled himself with a seat belt in the back of a police cruiser. A trial was set for May 2 in federal court for the Southern District of Indiana.
