Four food permit holders in Delaware County have been closed down by the Health Department. It’s part of the annual enforcement against establishments that fail to pay yearly fees or re-register. The four are Debonair Club, Big John’s Bar and Grill, Bearded Baker and Ruby’s Kitchen working out of the Forest Park Senior Citizens Center.
