Muncie inmate to ask for early release after 30 years

A man who has spent 30 years in prison for rape and burglary in Muncie is planning to ask the Indiana Parole Board for early Release. 55-year-old Herman Galloway was convicted in 1985 for breaking into a home in northeast Muncie and sexually assaulting the woman who lived there. He got 40 years, and is set to be released in two years. His hearing for early release is February 11th.
