Another Muncie man in prison for two Village Pantry robberies and one at a southside liquor store wants early release. James “Red” Johnson was convicted in 2003 after pleading guilty to armed robbery. He’s set to be released in May 2019 and has an early release hearing with the parole board on Feb. 23rd.
