An initial hearing is expected to be held today on new charges for a Muncie man. 25-year-old Dustin Michael Ewry is now facing 14 criminal charges including domestic battery, theft and interference with the reporting of a crime. The Muncie man – held in the Delaware County jail under a $20,000 bond – was convicted of resisting law enforcement in 2009.
