Delaware County has more discovered meth labs in the state than any other county, according to Prosecutor Jeffrey Arnold. He told state legislators Monday that 234 meth labs were found in the county. Arnold said the state should make the over-the-counter medication used to make meth a prescription medication, to control the amount consumers can acquire.
