A refinery outage in Illinois is expected to affect gasoline prices here. It’s not clear yet what happened but it resulted in an almost immediate jump of nearly ten cents a gallon in wholesale gas prices. You could see the increase at the pump as early as today, and those increases are likely to be more than ten cents.
