An Anderson couple was taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries after their truck and trailer were blown off the road by a semi. Robert and Karen Ratcliff were northbound on I-69 at the 217 mile marker near Pendleton when they were passed by the semi; the winds apparently catching the Ratcliff’s trailer and forcing the truck off the interstate.
