A Muncie man is accused of selling heroin three times to an informant for the Delaware County Sheriff’s Drug Task Force – once in the presence of children. According to the Star Press, 41-year-old Tyrone Pickens is charged with three counts of dealing and one count of maintaining a common nuisance. An initial hearing is set for July 24.
