The city of Muncie and Delaware County are working together to fix Riggin Road. The paving will take place from the North Walnut Street roundabout to the Muncie Bypass. The city will provide the asphalt and the county use it equipment and labor to do the paving. Riggin Road is one of the dividing lines between the city and the rest of Delaware County.
