A local nail salon is under investigation after one of its technicians allegedly used a razor during a pedicure that caused an infection so severe a client’s right big toe had to be amputated. A complaint against Nail Art on East 53rd Street in Anderson has been filed with the State Board of Cosmetology & Barber Examiners.
