Additional charges are now facing an Elwood man who allegedly posed as police officer to get a job at Indy Scream Park. 19-year-old Jaylen Tunnell – is now also charged with unlawful use of a police radio. Cops say he was the person heard by dispatchers over the radio, who claimed to be an Indiana Conservation officer enroute to a crash scene.
