Madison County Cooling Centers
Madison County Emergency Management Agency as published the following facilities have volunteered to be available as cooling centers.
Anderson – The Salvation Army: 1615 Meridian St, Sun-Thurs 9a, to 3p, starting June 22 through June 26
Chesterfield – Mill Creek Civic Center: 403 W. Main St, Tu-F, 8a to 4p, starting June 24 through June 27.
Alexandria – Bob Rogers Center, 204 S. Harrison St, Tu-F, 8a to 5P, starting June 24 through June 27.
Anderson – The Eleos Center, 627 Meridian St, M-F, 9a to 4:30p, starting June 23 through June 27.
Anderson – The Christian Community Dining Room, 625 Main St, M-F, 7:30a to 5:30p, starting June 23 through June 27.
Elwood – Ascension St. Vincent Mercy Hospital, 1331 S. “A” St, Daily, 8a-8p, starting June 21 through June 30.
Anderson – Aletheia Fellowship, 2505 Faith Drive, Tu-F, 12p-5p, starting June 24 through June 27.
Lapel Library – Open M-F Noon-7pm
Pendleton Library – Open Sunday 1-5pm, Mon-Thurs 9am-8pm, Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-5pm
