Carmel Chief Infrastructure Officer Fired Following Domestic Incident

Carmel Mayor Sue Finkam has now dismissed the city’s chief infrastructure officer following an internal review.
Jeremy Kashman, 44, was placed on administrative leave after a May 23 arrest for domestic battery.
Noblesville police responded to a home in the 7000 block of Spayside Drive South for a disturbance during which Kashman was arrested.
