Muncie Man Draws 55 Year Sentence Following Drug, Firearms Conviction

55 years behind bars for a Muncie habitual offender convicted on drug and firearms charges. The Star Press reports 48-year-old Jeffery Lee Allen had pleaded guilty to dealing in a narcotic drug and unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon. That case also saw Allen admit that his past criminal record allowed him to be classified as a habitual offender.
