Father Facing Neglect Charges For Infant Daughter’s Injuries

A Randolph County father faces a felony neglect count over severe injuries suffered by his infant daughter. The Star Press reports 27 year old Brandon Michael Gibson of Union City, was charged in Randolph Circuit Court with neglect of a dependent resulting in catastrophic injury, a Level 1 felony carrying up to 40 years in prison.
