Former Anderson Daycare Workers Hope Diversion Program Keeps Them Out Of Jail
Two former Anderson day care workers are taking steps to avoid criminal conviction after they were accused of mistreating a child in the fall of 2024. Both women agreed to a pre-trial diversion program that could end with the criminal charges against them being dismissed. WTHR reports the agreement would require the women to complete a combined 40 hours of community service and would result in their records being wiped clean.
