Invest Hamilton County, along with Ivy Tech Hamilton County and the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, recently launched the Educational Empowerment Program, a forward-thinking initiative designed to support inmates at the Hamilton County Jail in their reentry journey, reports the Hamilton County Reporter.
