Measure To Curb Noise In Madison County

A new ordinance in Madison County would limit the amount of “consistent and obnoxious noise” within the county, including “yelling, hooting, whistling, hollering or singing in a public place,” if it is passed in its current form. CBS 4 reports the measure will be presented at the next meeting of the Madison County Commissioners meeting for public comment.
