Hearing To Continue On Whether Teen Should Be Tried As Adult

A hearing on a prosecutors’ motion to have a 14-year-old Muncie boy stand trial as an adult on charges stemming from a fatal crash will continue this week. The Star Press reports among the witnesses scheduled to testify when the hearing resumes on Wednesday — in the Delaware County Juvenile Court at the Youth Opportunity Center — is a local psychologist who has examined the teenager.
