Muncie Man Convicted On Rape Counts

A Muncie man convicted of sexually assaulting a female acquaintance in her 70s has been sentenced to 12 years in prison. The Star Press reports 53 year old Charles Allen Miller had pleaded guilty to rape.
The Muncie man had been accused of assaulting the victim in July 2023.
