Muncie Man Pleads Guilty In Child Injury Case

A Muncie man accused of severely injuring a 3-year-old boy has entered guilty pleas after negotiating a plea agreement. 28 year old Antonio A. Riviera-Manship pleaded guilty to neglect of a dependent resulting in catastrophic injury. According to the Star Press, prosecutors allege that in September and October of 2020, the Muncie man both severely shook and pushed the child down a flight of stairs.
