Delphi Murder Suspect Looking For Lock Up Transfer

Delphi murder suspect Richard Allen’s legal team is, again, asking authorities to transfer him out of the Indiana Department of Correction, alleging prison officials were mistreating Allen by shackling him during a visit with his attorneys and allowing him to communicate with his lawyers only through a small door opening, according to a recent motion filed, reports the Star Press.
