Muncie gets its early cut of $15 million in READI grant money awarded to East Central Indiana. $2.65 million is being targeted for projects in the Muncie Central High School area, the nearby McKinley Live-Learn Neighborhood and the Whitely Neighborhood on the east side, reports the Star Press.
