Former Muncie Sanitary District official Tracy Barton was set to plead guilty to a corruption-related charge, but that has been postponed. The Muncie paper reports the delay comes at the request of his attorney, and federal prosecutors agree, that Barton should be sentenced after the cases of all co-defendants have been resolved.”
