Man Charged With Shoplifting, Violating Stay At Home Order

A charge of violating the stay at home order was added to shoplifting counts filed against a Muncie man. 34 year old Terry Bicknell was cuffed after running out of the Rural King Store with a welder he didn’t pay for. He was pulled over in his car later and placed under arrest.
