Carmel Roundabout Nearly Complete; Intersection Open
No more stop and go detours at Keystone and 96th Street. Construction on Carmel’s second busiest roundabout is mostly completed. Work on the area began two years ago, with 96th Street at Keystone, closed since June, causing delays and frustration for tens of thousands of drivers.
