Audit Critical Of Anderson Financial Policies
An audit by the Indiana State Board of Accounts was critical of the city of Anderson paying tuition costs. The audit states that in 2017 and 2018 the city paid more than 25-thousand-dollars for master’s degree classes for the deputy city controller, who also left Anderson in 2018. City officials state the payment of tuition was allowed for within city policies.
