Jeffery Burke Trial Postponed Until January 27th

Muncie businessman Jeffrey Burke was set to stand trial today, however that will not be happening. What would have been a trial stemming from a federal probe of the Muncie Sanitary District has been postponed until January 27th. Burke is charged with obtaining an out of state loan, not to be used for real estate purchases and then using the money to by a former flea market.
