Ball State University broke ground Saturday on a new Multicultural Center at the core of campus designed meet the needs of an increasingly diverse student body. Construction on the new Multicultural Center, which will be developed east of Bracken Library and adjacent to the planned East Mall and Grand Lawn, will begin in a few weeks and be occupied in 2020.
