He denies being responsible for it, but Harry Holding has cleaned up a massive tire dump at the site of his family’s former auto salvage business at 3100 N. Buckles Street. That site, reports the Star Press, was believed to have held some 41,000 old tires plus some car parts along with batteries and auto fluids. Remediation has been pursued by the state for well over a decade.
