Murder Charges Dropped Against Muncie Woman In Man’s OD Death

A murder charge has been dropped in the case of a Muncie woman accused in a local man’s fatal overdose.
The charge was dropped this week against 31 year old Rachelle Tucker stemming from the heroin and fentanyl-fueled death in 2017 of 29 year old Dustin Rhodes. Authorities say Tucker provided him with the drugs. She still faces several other charges.
