Small Child Found A Block From Home; Mom Charged

Two children have been removed from a home after a toddler showed up on a woman’s doorstep in nothing but a diaper. This was the second time the child had strayed more than a block from her home without adult supervision. 21-year-old Makayla Landry of Elwood is charged with felony neglect of a dependent.
