Delaware Community Schools Superintendent Reece A. Mann has been named 2020 Superintendent of the Year for District VI by the Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents. Mann has been superintendent at Del-Com Schools since 2015. Before that, he was superintendent of Monroe Central Schools.
