Man Shoots Her Dog In A Spat Over $20

She owed him $20 dollars, so her shot her dog. 34-year-old Joseph Dryden Haskins III was being held in the Delaware County jail under a $27,500 bond, charged with cruelty to an animal, criminal recklessness, intimidation, resisting law enforcement and carrying a handgun without a license.
