Muncie Mom Faces Neglect Charges

A Muncie mother has been charged with four counts of neglect of a dependent over conditions in her home. According to the Star Press, the house was covered in filth and bugs. 25-year-old Jennifer Haffner faces four Level 6 felony charges that each carries a maximum penalty of 30 months in prison.
