Police say he offered money to a teenaged girl in exchange for sex and now a man is behind bars in Blackford County man. 55 year old Gene Epps of Montpelier was charged with child solicitation and inappropriate communication with a child. The girl involved said no to Epps and informed an adult about what happened. The girl also recorded the conversation.
