Accused Of Shattering A Window And Injuring A Child

A Muncie man has been arrested after shattering a window and injuring a child. According to the Star Press, 20-year-old Devin McCreery has been convicted of theft, possession of marijuana and resisting law enforcement. McCreery threw a tire tool that shattered the rear windshield of a vehicle that caused a child to be injured in the process. The Muncie man was being held in the Delaware County jail under a $15,000 bond.
