Charges face a man whom Anderson police say struck an officer as they were trying to take him into custody. Zebediah Campbell was seen leaving an abandoned house on Columbus Avenue when an officer tried to get him to stop. That’s when Campbell allegedly struck the officer in the face. They eventually took Campbell into custody.
